Returns and Exchanges
All earrings are final sale. Since each pair is carefully handmade and for hygiene reasons, I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please read item descriptions closely before ordering.
If Something Arrives Damaged
If your jewelry arrives damaged, please send me a message with photos of the item and packaging. I'll take care of it and make things right!
Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee will apply. If I make a mistake on the label, I'll resend your order at no extra cost.
Lost or Missing Packages
Once your order is dropped off with the mail carrier, it's officially in their hands. Tracking information is provided and used to confirm delivery status. If your package hasn't arrived 8 business weeks after it ships, please reach out and I'll help however I can.
